Alida McKeon

 Alida McKeon is a songwriter, vocalist, multi instrumentalist, and educator hailing from the central valley of California. Her voice evokes the mellow warmth of vintage jazz singers of the mid 20th century, while her songwriting takes a more modern, folk-inspired narrative approach, addressing topics such as mental health, social justice, and love. Her motive in creating is to bridge the ever-growing gap of loneliness in our modern society with musical remedies that normalize our shared human experience. She is an avid traveler and has performed across the US and globally in Japan, Norway, and Spain. Since completing her BM in Songwriting at the Berklee College of Music in 2020, she has been based in Providence, RI, where she enjoys teaching, writing and performing
